I was promoted to a position with increased opportunities to lead teams and was looking for tools to help me grow and be surer of myself during meetings. Rochelle introduced me to her course offerings on the 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership and the 15 Invaluable Laws of Growth. Rochelle's facilitation of the coursework was outstanding! She used her past experiences and calm voice of reason to help me personalize the material and see how many of the steps were applicable to my current situation. I loved how she provided chapter summaries as these have become great reference tools. Because of the time spent with Rochelle and going through this coursework, I have a better understanding of my role as a leader and how growing myself enables me to grow others.
Before attending my first Mastermind Series, The 15 Laws of Leadership, there was an inner struggle with recognizing a problem and moving forward in an effort to find ways to solve it. Through group discussion and soul-searching there was lack of self-confidence, the fear of rejection and the possibility of staff turnover.
Masterminds taught me that problems don't just solve themselves and that if my business was suffering it was because I was unwilling to make some tough decisions and work through the consequences.
Rather than trying to take on all of the challenges I choose a couple that seemed to have the most negative impact. After addressing these concerns with the staff and putting new operation procedures in place, those who were willing to take on a new more positive direction remained and those who were satisfied with the lack luster status quo left.
Losing key personnel is always challenging but watching the growth and harmony within the company of the remaining members has been well worth the restructuring.
The small group sessions allowed me to hear and understand the thoughts of other people who desire to improve not only in business relationships but personal as well.

This course was a life changing experience for me, as each law represented a wealth of knowledge and experience not only from the author but also from our coach, Mrs. Rochelle A. Woods. We had seven powerful discussion sessions, where Rochelle showed her passion to help our group to understand each of the laws and her commitment to excellence in leadership by sharing her insights, real life examples and explaining why it works or why it does not work based on her professional and personal experiences as a seasoned leader.
